After five generations of owning and operating King Jewelers in South Florida, Scott and Maxine King announce their retirement and the closing of their Aventura, Florida store. We invite you to celebrate the fifty years of fine jewelry expertise that Scott and Maxine King have brought to South Florida. Join us for a diamond, fine jewelry, and luxury watch liquidation sales event.
The five-generational business started with Scott’s Great-Great Grandfather, Louis King in 1912. In 1931, King Jewelers became the first jewelry store to open on Washington Avenue (before Lincoln Road even existed!) Over the years, the King family grew with Miami Beach as they had stores from South Beach to Bay Harbour Islands and eventually found themselves relocating to the present-day Aventura store in 2004. Nearly 20 years later, King Jeweler’s Aventura flagship store will close its doors as Scott and Maxine King transition the business to their sons David and Jonathan King in their Nashville, TN store. With the closing of the Aventura store, the Nashville store now becomes King Jewelers’ flagship store.
After several decades as leaders in the jewelry and watch industry, Scott and Maxine King are retiring. Scott King, CEO of King Jewelers, has dedicated his whole life to the King legacy. He joined the family business with his parents and grandparents. Now, Scott gets to see his sons take over the family business and legacy.
“It’s been our pleasure to serve not only generations of South Floridians, but also family generations from all over the country who have remained our loyal customers and friends throughout the years. I’m especially proud of my two boys who will continue the King legacy as Maxine and I retire and our Nashville store continues to grow” says Scott King.
“It’s very difficult to say goodbye, but we retire with so much gratitude. For more than fifty years, I’ve given everything that I’ve had to adorn our clients from around the world in some of the most spectacular jewelry and diamond creations.” says Maxine King, President of King Jewelers.
In celebration of their retirement, King Jewelers is passing on savings to its friends and clients in a store-wide blowout liquidation sale.King Jewelers Retirement Liquidation Sale
