I just want to start out by saying I actually created an account to leave this review. The reason why is because I want to brag on the incredible customer service of King Jewelers’ Nashville location.
First, finding this specific model of the Mido Multifort Gent was not easy. The fact that they had it in stock was good enough. However, what really impressed me was the fantastic customer service. I made some informational errors when I placed the order and was a bit concerned, but the employees I talked to upon reaching out quelled all of my concerns and made sure to keep me in the loop while the order processed.
I have now received my Mido watch and the quality is incredible. I’m very happy with my purchase and based upon my interaction with King Jewelers, I would gladly use them again in the future for another purchase. Thanks King Jewelers!
