Dear Mr. King, Please be advised that I took my Rolex watch to King Jewelers and asked that the band be repaired. I was given the watch when I went to college when I was 17 years old. The band had torn and Ms. Storms indicated that she didn’t think it was repariable, but would send it to Rolex office in New York to be inspected. Rolex, through the assistance of Ms. Storms, replaced the band and sent to me my watch totally refurbished. I am confident that Ms. Storms spent an enumerate amount of time discussing the trade in value of the prior watchband and having Rolex make the new/old band for my watch. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and was very professional and courteous. I think that Ms. Stoms is an asset to King Jewelers, and based on my experience with Ms. Storms concerning this particular case, I know that I will be back as a customer. My wife and daughter have been customers of over the years but I have never had an experience until my watchband tore.
