How to Set the Time on Your G-Shock Watch in 5 Easy Steps

Repeatedly press the MODE button on the bottom left until you see the day of the week and time. (Timekeeping Mode)

Once in Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the ADJUST button on the top left for no more than 2 seconds, where you should hear a beep.

The top right button will act as FORWARD and the bottom right button will serve as REVERSE. Use these buttons to scroll and stop when you see your time zone. 

Press the MODE button on the bottom left to select daylight savings time (DST). Using the FORWARD button on the top right and REVERSE button on the top left, toggle between ON and OFF.

Press the ADJUST button on the top left once more and you will see your watch hands begin to rotate on their own. You have now successfully set your G-Shock watch.
