Hublot Brings Their A-Game in 2016

It’s that time of year again! As the official jeweler of the Nashville Predators hockey team, King Jewelers hosts the annual Gnashvegas Casino Night and Charity Auction at Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville. This year’s event, which kicks off tomorrow, February 16th, at 6:00pm, will feature luxury Swiss watch brand Hublot. In honor of Hublot’s participation, we’re highlighting just a few of the brand’s most exciting new releases for 2016!

Hublot, a luxury Swiss watch brand which has continuously pushed the envelope on innovation and design, has not disappointed with their latest timepieces! We only have room to highlight a few of their boldest creations here, but rest assured, the entire 2016 lineup is killer.

Bold Doesn’t Always Mean Hard to Wear!

Our favorite bold choice by Hublot is the Big Bang Unico Sapphire. This unique timepiece took a full four years to develop and it’s not hard to see why. The Unico Sapphire is completely transparent!

330 hand-assembled components come together to create this exceptional watch. The large, 45mm case is made with polished sapphire crystal, as is the bezel. The dial, which is fitted with white luminescent hands for easier viewing, is made of polished transparent composite. Even the straps on this watch are see-through! Unlike some of Hublot’s other bold designs, the Big Bang Unico Sapphire is easily paired with any outfit. This isn’t the only transparent timepiece to be recently added to Hublot’s already impressive timepiece collection, however. The MP-05 LaFerrari is also now available with a transparent sapphire crystal case- and speaking of LaFerrari….

Sometimes, Bolder Means Bigger

Hublot’s longstanding partnership with Italian auto genius Ferrari has yielded some fairly beautiful collaborations. None, however, are quite as impressive as the MP-05 LaFerrari, which we were lucky enough to feature in our Nashville salon during our 2015 Watch Fair last November. Now available in clear sapphire crystal, titanium, and microblasted black PVD titanium, these imposing timepieces clearly take inspiration from the impressive internal workings of Ferrari sports cars.
