Chopard Introduces Limited Edition Watches for US

Grand Prix de Monaco Historique and Happy Sport are reimagined for US-exclusive series

Right in time for the holidays, Swiss jeweler and watchmaker Chopard introduces US limited-edition models of two of its most iconic watch collections: the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique for men and the Happy Sport for women. Both epitomize the creativity, craftsmanship and extraordinary design for which Chopard is known.

The Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Chrono was first created in 2004 in honor of the world-renowned racing event for which Chopard has served as sponsor and official timekeeper since 2002. Like the original, the new US limited-edition model, inspired by the power of a V12 car engine, embodies Chopard’s passion for racing as well as its demanding horological standards.

The limited-edition Chrono 44.5mm is available in two numbered series. One hundred pieces crafted in titanium and stainless steel have an ultra-functional mechanical sportiness, while 25 pieces in 18k rose gold are a dressier interpretation. Both versions have blue dials and come with two straps: a blue alligator strap with red stitching and a blue NATO strap with racing stripes. Presented in an exclusive gift box, this sleek, powerful and noble instrument is the driver’s watch par excellence.

For women, Chopard releases a limited-edition collection of Happy Sport 36mm, the precious yet resolutely sporty design first introduced in 1993, with diamonds that move freely between two sapphire crystals. The latest iteration is available in two numbered series: one hundred pieces crafted in stainless steel and 25 fashioned from 18k rose gold. Both versions have bracelet straps, diamond bezels and blue mother-of-pearl dials, and each comes with two additional alligator straps in blue and white for added versatility. The timepieces are presented in an exclusive gift box, the perfect holiday gift for the woman who appreciates joyful, modern design.

The Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Chrono and Happy Sport timepieces in stainless steel are available at authorized Chopard retailers. The 18k gold versions of each collection can be found exclusively at Chopard boutiques in the United States.
