Milgrain details line the edges of the band that is also pave set with round-cut white diamonds. Total diamond weight without the center stone is 0.29 carats of GVS diamonds. Ritani Cushion Halo Milgrain Diamond White Gold Engagement Ring. This ring features pave detailing on the sides and beneath the setting and a band of pave diamonds for brilliance at every angle. The band of pave diamonds is set off by milgrain, and vaults to a brilliant cushion-shaped pave diamond halo. The mounting is 18 karat white gold and has a mounting weight of 0.48 carats. Scott Kay Heaven’s Gates Diamond Filigree Engagement Ring. This ring is made of platinum and features a double prong setting that will hold a 1 carat round-cut diamond. The sides of the ring are decorated with milgrain and a row of pave round-cut diamonds. The undersides of the ring feature delicate filigree arches set with diamonds.
