OCEAN DRIVE MAGAZINE ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF “WATCHES”

Niche Media’s Ocean Drive magazine, celebrating its 20th anniversary as the premier luxury lifestyle magazine for South Florida, will host an exclusive event celebrating the launch of its highly anticipated “WATCHES” channel, which debuted on OceanDrive.com. The invitation-only event takes place on June 13th at MAPS Production Studio 255, located at 255 NE 25th Street in the Wynwood Arts district.

“WATCHES”, a new website channel that has launched across all Niche Media publications websites, is dedicated to showcasing the craftsmanship, heritage, movements, design, inspirations, details and uniqueness of the world’s finest timepieces. With content updated daily, WATCHES features articles by leading watch experts including one of the leading authorities, Niche Media contributing timepieces editor, Roberta Naas. Ocean Drive magazine will go behind the bezel to create an experiential evening for guests, bringing this new exciting digital web channel to life and introducing aficionados and collectors to the latest in luxury watches.

A selection of some of the most rare and elite timepieces will be displayed by local authority, King Jewelers, Aventura (Kings1912.com), who will be featuring the most coveted collections unveiled at the 2013 Baselworld Watch Show in Basel, Switzerland. Fifth generation King Jeweler’s son, Jono King will moderate a discussion with Roland Enderli, brand ambassador for Zenith watches. “South Florida is one of the premier locations in the world for purchases of the finest watches, as the authorized dealer and nation’s leading independent jeweler, King Jewelers sets the standard for the best prices on quality timepieces, award-winning customer service and integrity in South Florida,” says Scott King.
