London, UK – (April 2011) – In a match made in rock n’ roll heaven, Stephen Webster, the London-based jeweler best known for his contemporary and unconventional style, is thrilled to unveil stunning Brit model Daisy Lowe as the new face of his latest advertising campaign.
Shot by artist and photographer Mat Collishaw, the autumn 2011 campaign will feature pieces from Webster’s fine jewelry collection ‘Murder She Wrote’, as well as the silver collections ‘Superstud’ and ‘Les Dents de la Mer’. The team included stylist Natalie Hartley, with hair by Nicky Clarke and make up by Charlotte Cave.
Spellbinding in Webster’s cutting edge, iconic designs, Daisy takes on the role of a beautiful femme fatale – exotic, dark, deadly – reflecting the essence of the new collection, ‘Murder She Wrote’. Prepare to be chained.
“We have known Daisy for a few years and have watched her blossom into that rare combination of glamorous British rock chick, a combination that can only be born in the UK and helps define why Britain is so unique in its approach to design and style. So perfect for Stephen Webster, we love her! The past two campaigns have been shot by top fashion photographers Vincent Peters and Craig McDean. This time, we wanted a more artistic approach, something completely leftfield for jewellery. Mat Collishaw felt like an obvious choice. His art work – achieved by creatively using layered photography techniques – has given us something truly dynamic and new. With hair by Nicky, makeup by Charlotte and styling by Nat, we were lucky enough to have our dream team,” commented Stephen Webster.
