Hans Wilsdorf, founder of Rolex, created the TUDOR brand with one goal- to produce a high quality wrist-watch at a modest price point which could be afforded by anyone looking to expand their collection. TUDOR watches are made and serviced in the same Swiss factory as Rolex, and while the link to that particular brand is certainly impressive, it’s hardly the most impressive aspect of the TUDOR collection.

Every TUDOR watch is individually tested twice (once in Switzerland and once again upon its arrival in New York.) This practice, which is almost unheard of, ensures every single watch meets the brand’s highest quality standards. If for some reason the watch fails, TUDOR offers a 2 year international warranty.

Many TUDOR watches come with a free additional fabric strap (perfect for swimming or diving) but don’t make the mistake of thinking that’s just a simple gift with purchase. The straps are made by the same company that produces the robes for the Vatican; if that’s not a quality endorsement, we’re not sure what is.
