Refund and Returns Policy
Online Return Policy
Effective Date: January 21, 2026
The following return policy applies only to orders placed at www.kingjewelers.com . For in-store purchases, please refer to the return policy stated on your physical receipt.
Return Windows by Product Category
King Jewelers accepts returns of unworn, unused merchandise in its original condition, including all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories, within the timeframes below:
- Jewelry: Return within 30 days of delivery
- Watches & Watch Straps: Return within 10 days of delivery
- Loose Diamonds (Mounted or Unmounted): Return within 10 days of delivery
Any exceptions outside of the stated return windows are at the sole discretion of King Jewelers.
Holiday Return Extension
For added flexibility during the holiday season, online purchases made between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for an extended return window through January 15.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges:
- Clearance Items: Products listed on sale-specific or promotion-specific pages
- Sale Items: Any item purchased with a discount of 25% or greater
- Customized Goods: Special orders, custom designs, altered merchandise, resized jewelry, or engraved items
- Other: Gift cards and original shipping charges (unless the return is due to an error on our part)
How to Start a Return
To complete a return, please contact us at orders@kingjewelers.com with your order confirmation number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@kingjewelers.com. We will provide instructions for a replacement of the same item, if available. Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged merchandise only.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary
- Contact your bank for posting delays

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
King Jewelers provides return shipping exclusively through FedEx. A return shipping label may be purchased from King Jewelers for $35 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
All return shipments must use the FedEx label provided by King Jewelers. The tracking label must be scanned at a FedEx facility for tracking and insurance to activate. For security purposes, please do not use third-party drop-off locations or drop boxes.
Promotional Gift Cards
If a complimentary or promotional gift card was issued with your order:
- Full Returns: The refund will be reduced by the value of the issued gift card
- Partial Returns: If the remaining order total falls below the original qualifying threshold, the gift card value will be deducted from the refund
- Used Gift Cards: Any amount already spent will be deducted from the refund total
