Online Return Policy

The following return policy only applies to orders placed at www.kingjewelers.com. For in-store purchases, please refer to the return policy stated on your receipt.

Overview

King Jewelers will gladly accept unworn merchandise for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all original paperwork and/or accessories.

The following items are deemed Final Sale and shall not be subject to refunds, credit, or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges
  • Special orders, custom designs, or altered merchandise
  • Engraved jewelry, resized jewelry, or gift items.

After 30 days, any exceptions to the above stated are at the sole discretion of King Jewelers.

    To complete your return, please provide your order confirmation number and contact us for a Return Authorization Code and the Return Instructions before sending the item back.

    Damaged/Defective Items

    If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we may provide you with proper instructions for returning and provide you with an undamaged product.

    Sale Items

    Discounts of 25% or greater are deemed final sale.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
    3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund posts.

    Exchanges

    Items may only be replaced if defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@kingjewelers.com.

    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, contact us at info@kingjewelers.com to receive the return shipping instructions.

    Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. You may purchase a FedEx shipping label from us for $25 or create your own label. If creating your own label, please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the value of your order. King Jewelers cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages and is not liable for loss or theft of any return while it is in transit with a third-party shipping service.
