ORDERING
HOW IS THE SALES TAX CALCULATED?
We are required to collect sales tax in Tennnessee which will be automatically calculated at check out.
If there is no sales tax collected for items shipped to your state, please note that local / state use tax may be applicable.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by phone.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Affirm, and PayPal.
ARE THERE ANY FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes. King Jewelers offers financing for most online and in-store purchases.
Financing for online purchases is offered through Affirm monthly payments. Simply select Affirm during checkout to pay at your own pace. For more information regarding Affirm monthly payments, visit www.affirm.com.
For in-store purchases, King Jewelers offers financing programs through Synchrony Financial. Financing options include up to 24 months same as cash, as well as custom-tailored credit plans to suit your specific needs. Be sure to ask your King Jewelers sales consultant for more information. All financing terms are subject to credit approval.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
To help you plan when to expect your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email of your order and expected arrival date.
If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

WHAT IS YOUR REUTRN POLICY?
What is your return policy?
Our return policy varies by product category to ensure the integrity and quality of our merchandise.
- Jewelry: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
- Watches & Watch Straps: Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery
- Loose Diamonds (Mounted or Unmounted): Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery
All returns must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including original packaging, boxes, paperwork, and accessories.
Items that are Final Sale and not eligible for return include:
- Items purchased with a discount of 25% or greater
- Clearance items
- Special orders, custom designs, altered, resized, or engraved merchandise
- Gift cards and original shipping charges

Any exceptions outside of the stated return windows are at the sole discretion of King Jewelers.
This return policy applies to online purchases only.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than King Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry, watch, and gift items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable. Returns with no King Jewelers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
How to Return an Item to King Jewelers
To return a watch, accessory, or jewelry item to King Jewelers, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us
Email orders@kingjewelers.com with your order number to request return instructions. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
2. Package Your Return
Please include all original packaging, boxes, paperwork, and accessories with your return.
If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and the certificate is not returned, you may be liable for a $250 replacement fee.
For security reasons, do not write “King Jewelers” or any jewelry-related language on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping
All return shipping is handled exclusively through FedEx.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A FedEx return shipping label may be purchased from King Jewelers for $35 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, King Jewelers will provide a return label at no cost, provided the return falls within the applicable return window.
All returns must ship using the FedEx label provided by King Jewelers. The label must be scanned at a FedEx facility for tracking and insurance to activate. For security purposes, please do not use third-party drop-off locations or drop boxes.
Important Notes
- Returned items must be brand new, unworn, and unused.
- Failure to follow these instructions may delay or prevent the processing of your return.
- King Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments while in transit.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges follow the same eligibility periods as returns and are based on product category:
- Jewelry: Eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery
- Watches & Watch Straps: Eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery
- Loose Diamonds (Mounted or Unmounted): Eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all original packaging, boxes, paperwork, and accessories.
Items that are Final Sale—including clearance items, items purchased at a discount of 25% or greater, special orders, custom designs, altered, resized, or engraved merchandise—are not eligible for exchange.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING ON MY RETURN
The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item is shipped, or merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy. You may purchase a FedEx return label for $35.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days so that we may provide you with proper instructions for returning and provide you with an undamaged product.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are insured and shipped free via FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2Day delivery service.
1. Following shipment, orders arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).
2. King Jewelers will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
Signatures are required for all deliveries.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Create an account by clicking on the “Profile” icon at the top of your screen and submitting your email address to receive a login link.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, creating an account is not necessary to make an online order. You also have the option to checkout with our safe and secure “Guest Checkout” option.
HOW DO I EDIT MY PROFILE INFORMATION?
To edit your profile information, log in to your account and click on “Profile” and click on what item you would like to change. Once you have made the changes you desire, click the “Save” button.
CAN I STORE MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
Yes, by logging into your account, selecting “Profile” and adding the addresses to your account.
