Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within one business day and shipped the same or next business day after being placed. Custom and special orders may require additional processing time as noted on product pages.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM ET are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping Schedule
Orders placed with FedEx 2-Day shipping are typically shipped the same or next day when placed Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed Thursday or Friday with FedEx 2-Day shipping will ship the following Monday to prevent packages from sitting idle in a FedEx facility over the weekend.
We offer free FedEx 2-Day Weekday Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $500. A signature is required upon delivery for all King Jewelers online purchases. FedEx 2-Day Weekday delivery applies to Monday–Friday.
Overnight and Saturday delivery options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
At this time, we do not accept international orders.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. However, upon request, we can ship your order to a local FedEx Hold Location for convenient pickup.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available for most items when FedEx Overnight (Saturday Delivery) is selected at checkout. To receive Saturday delivery, orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM ET on the preceding Friday. Signature upon delivery is required for all Saturday deliveries.
