History of NORQAIN

Founded in 2018, NORQAIN is a proudly independent, family-owned Swiss watch brand based in Nidau, near Biel/Bienne—the heart of Swiss watchmaking. Established by Ben Küffer along with co-founders Ted Schneider and Mark Streit, the brand blends generations of watchmaking expertise with a bold, adventurous spirit. NORQAIN quickly set itself apart by creating 100% mechanical timepieces designed and assembled in-house. The brand’s partnership with movement manufacturer Kenissi in 2020 enabled the launch of exclusive Manufacture calibers, and its Wild ONE collection features the ultra-light, shock-resistant NORTEQ® material.

NORQAIN Manufacturer Warranty

As an authorized NORQAIN retailer, King Jewelers offers full support for NORQAIN’s international manufacturer’s warranty. All NORQAIN timepieces are eligible for a 2-year warranty on models with standard movements and a 4-year warranty on models featuring manufacture calibres. Customers who register their watch within one month of purchase receive an additional one-year extension. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs.
