Founded in 2018, NORQAIN is a proudly independent, family-owned Swiss watch brand based in Nidau, near Biel/Bienne—the heart of Swiss watchmaking. Established by Ben Küffer along with co-founders Ted Schneider and Mark Streit, the brand blends generations of watchmaking expertise with a bold, adventurous spirit. NORQAIN quickly set itself apart by creating 100% mechanical timepieces designed and assembled in-house, emphasizing precision, durability, and a sporty, modern aesthetic. The brand’s partnership with movement manufacturer Kenissi in 2020 marked a major milestone, enabling the launch of exclusive Manufacture calibers that reflect NORQAIN’s commitment to innovation and excellence. All NORQAIN timepieces purchased from King Jewelers are eligible for a 2-year warranty on models with standard movements and a 4-year warranty on models featuring manufacture calibres. Customers who register their watch on NORQAIN’s website within one month of purchase receive an additional one-year extension. Warranty service must be completed by an authorized NORQAIN service center and requires a valid warranty card with the date of purchase, serial number, and activation code. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
