Built with Geneva atelier Label Noir, the Black Star trades the Blue Planet's globe for deep space: an 8.5mm concave pit at the center of the dial is coated in a pigment that absorbs more than 99 percent of the light that reaches it, so it reads as a void rather than a color. Stars are hand-painted in blue and white spirals around it, CNC-machined markers carry Swiss Super-LumiNova, and a luminous polar-star hand tracks the hours. The Swiss-made CD-04-S automatic runs at 28,800 vph with 26 jewels and a 41-hour power reserve, driving the same Asynchronous-Follow time display, and it is visible through anti-reflective sapphire. The 46mm case is DLC-coated titanium, brushed and 15.6mm thick, on a 22mm fluororubber strap with a seamless 316L steel hidden clasp. Water resistant to 30 meters.
