From Gurhan's Elements Collection, this one-of-a-kind necklace carries London blue topaz the full way around, 57.66 carats of mixed amorphous rose-cut stones bezel-set in rich 24K gold. Because every stone was cut to its own rough, no two settings repeat along the line. Eighty-six round brilliant-cut white diamonds totaling 2.14 carats sit between them, holding the design together. A 22K gold lobster clasp and extension chain finish the adjustable 16 to 17.75-inch length. Handcrafted in Istanbul by artisans personally trained by Gurhan.
